I know you lot am a bit dim, so I'll type this slowly for ya ;)

Even though we have no access to able to watch you 'type slowly' and you call us a bit dim, good god, how embarrassing.
That's the point you prat.

Now, if this ISN'T proof, I don't know what is...;)
You lot are just a bit pissy because you  USED to be a big club, but are now forced to be mediocre.
Enjoy not being famous. Doug Ellis was the best thing to ever happen to you and you chased him out.
He's always up our place btw.
Time will tell, but while the Albion continue to bat above average, I'll be feeling smug in the knowledge that you used to be a big club, but no longer are, we actually stand a good chance of beating you tomorrow, when I was in my teens, that was unthinkable, we've come a long way, and your heading towards wolves, you barely escaped last year, this year you look much better, but it's not an impossibility you might go down. No one punts for us as relegation fodder anymore.
Long may that continue.

I like how villa are going forward though with young hungry players, btw, a good template for any club

We were a big club 100 years ago, we are a big club now and in another 100 years we will stil be a big club. I would imagine in a 100 years time your players will still be saying that playing against the Villa is like playing a Champions League tie.

Bless. We know exactly what you are.

We didn't force Ellis out, he was in his 80's, got offered a good price and decided to sell up. He couldn't have carried on running it forever.

As for us 'being pissy', obviously not pissy enough to log onto another clubs fanzine website and start er...being pissy. Stupidity at its best.

I think what Dickiedavies is trying to say is that, deep down, he's a Villa fan. That's fine. You can join us if you really want to. Thing is, we have an entrance exam and it's quite rigorous. Good luck.

What was that I was saying about wanting it both ways? Friendly when you're agreeing with them, then slag you off and squeal in surprised outrage when you have a go back.

Appreciate comments from Liam and Dixie.

Villa win all day long.

Really?
I wouldn't have Wolves down as bigger than WBA.  I'm especially surprised Baggies think that way.

About on a par to me though I would have Wolves as the bigger club I think based on their more illustrious history and the fact that were they where the Tesco Bags are now, they'd be getting bigger crowds. Having said that, I'd put both of them somewhere midpoint between Coventry and us in terms of the Midlands hierarchy. Or to put it more simply, they are about on a par with Nottingham Forest

Ha! Maybe not as appreciative since young Dixie went all un-necessary on the last couple of posts. Then again, one can appreciate the effort it must have taken to appear cuddly, sporting and intelligent before it all got a bit too much to sustain.

Up until this last month, i've LITERALLY never even cared about the Baggies.

Finishing below them never hurts me, losing to them never hurts me anymore than losing to anyone else. I've just never had any hatred towards them at all.

But by God they've got some fucking retarded supporters. The WM phone ins being a prime example, that said our own supporters on there are equally borish arseholes.

But I never realised they hated the Villa so much, but they've got a collective hard on about beating us and supposedly being the biggest team in the region all of a sudden.

Hopefully our lads will shut them the fuck up tomorrow. If not, then life goes on as normal. And they get there open top bus parade around Smethwick

They can't keep it up for long can they! Mind you, people with inferiority complexes never can in any walk of life. They try to keep a lid on it but it always pops off eventually, normally spectacularly so

True, but before getting carried away,a quick mental review of posts I've made over the last couple of years reveal, er, inconsistencies of intelligibility from time to time, shall we say.

However, I have never felt the slightest need to show myself up on another fans' forum!

I've always considered Wolves a bigger club Sandwell, certainly on history and tradition, which of course doesn't count for anything when you don't have any.

Wolves certainly have a bigger support(away as well as at home), a much better ground, shade it in terms of past achievements...i think you can say they are a bigger club than Smethwick
Id place WBA slightly above Small Heath, below Notts Forest and Leicester and probably on par with Derby.
