Thinking back to 1970, when we were in the third division and their decent team of Astle, Hope and co.. was towards its end, I seem to remember about their obsession with us then - were we really like that in the mid 1990s when we were finishing top 4 and winning the League Cup and they were 2 divisions inferior ?

Did we go fourteen years without playing the noses in a league game? It must have been a similar amount of time we went without playing Albion in the league.
