I remember Rydz breaking the point on one of his darts in a Players Championship so in the last leg he only threw 2 darts a visit.

I always think if you land the dart in the dart it should be a scoring shot. Obviously you'd have to introduce rules to stop them having the end of their dart like a baseball glove to catch any dart within five yards.

Seems to be on "Twitch". Just Google "darts live stream". It was the first one that came up for me. Didn't even have to log on to anything or dismiss seventy helpful offers to meet up with girls in my area.
