You can see a parallel in his spending here and the need to reduce the wage bill etc.
He must have been cacking himself when they hit $5 and lower. They are improving now but still have a long way to go before he is 'comfortable' again. Meanwhile Bernacke and Obama are printing money like nobody's biz to staunch the slow but sure rush to world bankruptcy.  It means any money Randy still has is getting lessby the day; if he does not invest it to make money. Football clubs do not make money unless you are Arsenal.
So I can't see much coming our way. Sell Bent to Fulham and be done with it; let's get someone for him instead of wasting all our time.
