The biggest signing we could make this winter is a top level sports psychologist. Our guys are a spent force mentally. Whatever is happening in their collective minds when we concede is dangerous. From everyone looking to get on the ball in the first half against West Brom and Bradford and then to change in the second half to everyone shitting themselves and no one wanting to dwell and think and be calm and pass the ball to a fellow player is baffling. There is something very wrong with the mentality of our playing and coaching staff.
We need an experienced midfielder for the rest of the season, either on loan or whatever. Our midfield guys just can't hack it at the moment. Dunne cannot come back quickly enough into our defense, whatever he is or is not, we would not be getting caught out by the same corner kick each time.
Maybe Laursen or someone else could be signed to coach our young defenders, whoever is doing it at the moment is not worth a stocking of shite.

Agreed something must be done immeadiately. Whichever side of the fence you sit, the manager needs to be sacked and a new one brought in with money to spend or the manager needs to be backed. One of those things must happen or we are done for.

I saw PL post match interview. He was asked at the very end about new signings. He responded with something about the chairman being great with him and then said it's not the right time to be talking about it.

It was uncomfortable to watch him squirm and come up with something other than the obvious facts that he has no meaningful money to spend.
