He was my choice and he's still my choice.

Judging from all the knicker wetting going on at the time the baby faced United supersub was the fan's choice

In fairness, put a top centre half, top centre mid and good left back into our side and we will be fine. So he is right in a way. It is getting them.

Not sure he'll buy a centre half if funds are very limited. With papermache ron and Dunne on the comeback trail, he may decide elsewhere takes priority.

Latest from nursey-

Lambert is the man many Villa fans begged for last year when Alex McLeish’s doomed reign was drawing to a close.

That would be the away following at Norwich which obviously represented many.

The real supporters.

Fair if you can be sure of their fitness, but would you risk it? Last game, you need a point, would you trust Baker and Clark to see you through.

I'll second that commotion.

er, it's more than half way through the month, have we bought anybody yet? or are we confident that our current squad can rescue us from the abyss?

Completely agree, but getting them is a massive if. Especially as we don't seem to be doing a great deal.

There's gonna be an implosion of transfers gushing out all over the shop in the dying days of Jan, if not hours. We just gotta hold on as that big-lunged mama from Alabama Shakes suggests.

Nursey's latest article was ok enough but i'm sure a few of us on here could have done just as good or even better.

I don't want Lambert out, I just want him to address our issues.
