We should keep Bent and flog him in the summer. We'll look even more stupid selling him to a rival and he keeps them up and we go down.

It is a gamble I would take only if it is used. If he is not going to play, and QPR want him, then charge them top dollar, say £15m, they may well pay it. Then use it, with the 10m, to sign 4-5 players of a higher quality. It would make us much stronger overall and probably include a couple of forwards that might see the pitch.

It would be too much of a gamble for me if we went down that road. He kept us up single handed when he came here, there's no reason why he would'nt do it again with another club and with the possibility of it being at our expense, i would'nt risk it. I'd possibly take the money if a club higher up the league wanted him although i'd still be tempted to keep him until the summer.

Lambert hasn't used him properly and I see nothing to suggest that he will change things to accommodate bent, sadly I fear he will go and if qpr do get him they will stay up with his goals.

All the more reason not to sell him to a team below us at the moment. Would Man Utd sell someone like  for example Hernandez to Man City or Chelsea in January?

I wouldn't sell him either, but lambert hasn't really used him and if he needs the money for other players I see him being sacrificed- we don't know who lambert is looking to sign but not using bent has done us no favours.

QPR are cactus, they have a huge squad as it is and have three times as many wasters as we have i would imagine they are already planning for next season in the championship, why spend another ten million.

Keep Bent for god's sake , get some decent wide players to supply him and Benteke, the quality of balls into the box is abysmal at the moment, Albrighton managed to put a corner straight into the Holte End in our last match.

I look at  Manure , the way they play and are set up. Very successful it is too .  They would win f**k all If they never used wide men .

I'd expect qpr to spend far far more than £10m in this window and ship a few out as well.
They will pay big wages and splash the cash , redknapp will be in his element over the next month and sky will be virtually camped outside their training ground.

what worries me with QPR is , you know Twitch could pull off a few transfer coups and get them winning games .  Hes got the mouth and contacts  to sign players and the bonus of London .

QPR won't be signing Bent, they won't be spending big money & why would Bent go there? They are more likely to get Keane.

Lescott, Barry, Milner, Fletcher etc.. - FFS why would any of these consider us a good move?

Frimpong - is he anything that Delph isn't? We need a couple of experienced players.

Whoever comes in we all need to get behind them & not rate them as failures before they kick a ball.

Frimpong is a lot better than Delph, he was dominating us at the Molineux until Petrov poll axed him, if he had stayed fit, Wolves would have most likely stayed up.

I think it could happen, remember his tweet just before the window closed in August.

Something like "Aston Villa ha ha"

Of course qpr will spend big - they need to stay up , they have the manager to attract good players and they have the money- spending big is their only hope .

Bent would I'm sure rather go back to London and be playing in the premiership rather than be cast aside here not getting games and with a manager who doesn't seem to want him.

Frimpong is nowhere near the player he was 2 years ago, since his injury he has not looked good at all.

i'm not worried about QPR at all,
they are only allowed one more loan signing,

and they will not throw money at a hopeless situation,
plus the fact that any player going there will have to accept he will most probably be playing championship football next season, which will inevativley have a dramatic affect on what sort of players they can bring in, ie inexperienced ones, really old ones or shit ones

they will add a couple of players, because thats what Harry does, but i dont think they will be the players we would be killing for

QPR will not be our worry, like others have said if we cant pick up a few points soon it will be Southampton who we will be watching

I think most  fans do get behind players , its just the Huttons and Jena's which dont help .

Qpr are not in a hopeless situation at all- they can turn things around and I would certainly fancy them to stay up and villa as well for that matter.

Sunderland were staring down the barrel in the bottom 3 a couple of weeks ago, a couple of wins make a huge difference .

Wouldn't be surprised to see west ham slip down into trouble in the coming weeks either.
