That will be one hell of a cosmopolitan accent then, I'll look forward to hearing it.

I think we got the best years out of Hitz (after watching the 2003-4 highlights in the Villa Memories) he was very useful for us back then.

Stuttgart and the German national side might disagree.

We need to pick up a couple of central players to try and begin to fill the void left by Milner and Barry.

And Petrov...and we haven't even filled the void left by Nigel Reo Coker.

Would have been good to see him back at VP.

Gareth Barry was probably the best player we have had over the last 10/12 years, he was class, and still is

to replace him would cost 20-30 million minimum and a player of that equal quality wont come to Villa, so we have to buy the sort of players we have done and hope they progress and develop to become the Gareth Barry's of the future

How much did Barry cost us again?

thats exactly my point, we bought him for his potential, we cant replace the likes of Barry, Milner, Young for like for like players we have to buy potential as we did in there cases, which we have done with a few signings this season

Rumours abound that Hernandez may be out of United come January.  IF we lost Bent would be an interesting acquisition.

4 games a goal and an assist.  He's hardly had a look in.

Hernandez would do thank you very much.
He would be great at our place, if Bent does go.
Wages, again, would be a stumbling block i think.

If people think we are going to spend in January and get a big name to save us like we did with Bent they are very much mistaken.

Who will join us? When we signed Bent we were a top 6 team that had lost our manager and were struggling abit.

Now we are a poor team with poor players, with a seemingly clueless owner and look like being relegated.

I am quite worried, a lot more than I was last year, Paul Lambert looks like he hasn't got a clue, he can't decide on team selection or formation and the inconsistently is affecting us.

Hopefully it's in Lambert we trust.
