Lets hopeThey will happenThey won't work because some of the clubs who would be worst effected (real madrid are the prime example) are some of the most powerful and they'll just sulk and restart talks of a european super league outside the control of UEFA, all UEFA can do is tell the players that playing for those clubs would make them ineligible for international but most players wouldn't care if they're playing for the best clubs in the world and being paid sillly money to do it.The thing is, all the Billionaire owner has to do is sponsor his own club for £1b over 5 years then the club is operating within it means as they now have £200m a year extar to play with. There are rules in there designed to prevent non-commercial transactions like that. Whether they will work or not, who knows.

Plaitini has told PSG they need to be 'creative'. Has any club other than Portsmouth been denied entry?
One thing is for sure, clubs like QPR should not be allowed to play top flight football, with wages to turnover ratio at 200%.
