Are these UEFA fair play rules ever going to happen or even work? Lets hope
Quote from: JUAN PABLO on October 04, 2012, 12:08:48 PMAre these UEFA fair play rules ever going to happen or even work? Lets hopeThey will happenThey won't work because some of the clubs who would be worst effected (real madrid are the prime example) are some of the most powerful and they'll just sulk and restart talks of a european super league outside the control of UEFA, all UEFA can do is tell the players that playing for those clubs would make them ineligible for international but most players wouldn't care if they're playing for the best clubs in the world and being paid sillly money to do it.
I think they'll work in the opposite way UEFA want them to, by making competition even more of a closed shop than it already is.
