A hard fought draw.  Everton look very strong.

Everton are due a win at VP - they will be cock a hoop after last night - Fellaini to outmuscle us all over the field.
Everton to win 2-0 - both headed goals.

I was about to post the same.  Think they will be too strong (physically) and undoubtedly will win most of the aerial battles.

We'll loose this one, it's going to take  time for Lamberts systems and philosophies to become ingrained, until then it's going to be hit and miss. 0-2 Loss. We'll see glimpses of things to come in this game though.

They looked a very well organised, well balanced side and physically strong, think they'll have a bit too much for us and I'll be very surprised if we get anything out of the game.

No Joleon Lescott, no Ashley Young. 0-0.

Fellaini to lok like the clodhopper he is against a midfield that passes the ball. After the game he signs for Stoke in disgust.

Concrete Ron 1 for Aston Villa after heading  both the ball and Fellani into the goal to win 1-0 :)

Fellaini versus Concrete Ron could be a collision that solves the Higgs-bosen particle mystery one and for all.

I didn't realise manyoo had Valencia and Carrick at the back! Wtf!

Carrick was by necessity but Valencia was by choice; Rafael was available but Siralex preferred Valencia.

We always seem to struggle at home lately against these, they always seem to run the midfield but I think it will be a draw

Think we will improve on Saturday's performance but we have a way to go. We do fair quite well against Everton, however well they are playing but realistically I think we will lose narrowly.

I'll take a draw. Everton are a decent side. If they actually get a good start to the season for once, they could be pushing Arsenal and Spurs for their spots this season. Generally they have a bad start and finish strongly. They seem a bit luckier this season with injuries. Last few years they've been missing players at the start of the season. Just think they're too well organised for us right now. We could do with playing a QPR or a Norwich.

A rocking Villa park 110% behind the lads and a 2-1 Villa victory.  Maybe 3-1 Villa.
