Dave nobody is asking for free tickets just sensible prices which these aren't.

Not wishing to argue, but you did say, "If the private car park I use can offer this fixture in the price of their season ticket why can't the club do the same."

You can get in for £12. How is that not sensible pricing? That's cheaper than the cost of going to a lot of non league clubs.

West Ham v Crewe £10 (£8) in advance.

Most L2 clubs regularly charge over £20 these days. As others have said, £15 to get into Villa Park is good value in the scheme of things. Unfortunately, this doesn't change the fact that I cannot justify the £40 in petrol to drive up to B6 for the game!

Answered you own question there then Dave as all those prices you have posted I presume are for the highest price ticket in the stadium and all of them are cheaper than Villa's £20!!

No, they're all one price. Most are also more expensive than our cheapest £12.

Dont matter mate it still means they are all cheaper than my £20 season ticket seat in the Trinity.  Just admit that the club have the pricing wrong for this fixture, as will be so obviously evidenced by the shit attendance that I think will occur on Tuesday evening.

The club can't do a thing about the pricing without Tranmere's say so.

You could always buy a cheaper ticket in another part of the ground?

I think the attendance for this game will almost entirely depend on the success of the Everton game. It could literally be the difference between 12,000 and >25,000

Probably around 18-20K regardless of the Everton game. Is my professional opinion, and we all know how spot on my predictions usually are.

I haven't given any opinion on the pricing at all. I've said why they can't be lower, why they can't be given away to season ticket holders and a comparison with other similar games.

15,319 in attendance Dave, that tells its own story mate.  Lets hope the club get the message that the prices were just too high for a League 1 opposition 2nd round tie.
