Cautiously optimistic (after all nothing's happened yet), which beats crushed, which is what I felt before.

I'm feeling very pissed off. I was hoping to wake up this morning and find Rhianna, Mila Kunis and Keeley in bed with me. They weren't.
Hope they didn't take your car keys and wallet when they sneaked out

I am feeling really tired today because I've had a weekend in Bath where my family surprised me by arranging for my bestest ever friend and his family to join us a surprise for my 50th and he took me to meet his friend who is a famous music producer and a big Norwich City supporter and he told me we've got a brilliant manager and then took me to have a look round Real World Studios and told me lots of great stories especially about Jay Z and it was really brilliant and I think Paul Lambert will be really good and I still feel tired but happy.

If they had been here they could have taken the house afterwards. It would have been worth it!

This morning I felt ace. We just signed off on the sale of our house last night and this morning woke up to 25c hot and sunny weather as I set off for the golf course. Then on the 10th hole one of the lads playing with me shanked his second shot into my ankle. Man well and truly down. Now I've got an ice pack on it as I try to keep the swelling down.

Feel good about the Villa though.

I'm not jealous. Oh no, not me. Sounds horrid. Glad it didn't happen to me.

Bastard.

I feel absolutely knackered after a long day at work measuring people's feet and what not, but very optimistic about the Villa, if not a bit impatient about the Vlaar signing - just want it to be done and done.

Excited about the Everton game as well.

Best I've felt in ages, spent yesterday doing the garden (with some ground force type assistance) and today went in a pub for the first time since January (2 pints of orange juice and lemonade).

I went for a 7 mile run in Sutton Park this morning, then this afternoon I watched the womens cycle road race on TV. Both have left me feeling knackered now.
