Paul lambert needs to freshen things up and a new broom will see new coaching staff and new ideas- i wish kevin well but i look forward to seeing paul create his own backroom team and revamp things.

Matt Kendrick has tweeted that Sid is staying on in early back room re-shuffle by PL but his role remains unclear for now.
