I'm as gloomy and doom filled as the gloomiest of us, but there's no way we're going down now.

Hurrah for the oil-rich Arabs for urinating their money all over Man City!
Hurrah for (oil rich) Chelsea for putting QPR to the sword!
Hurrah for Steve Kean for having his team put in the best impression of us at WHL they could possibly have done!

A point will take it to the last day aswell.
Not even that, it has gone to the last day. If Citeh lose next week and United win, Citeh can still overtake United on the last day with a reverse of the results.

And a big cheer for The Peoples Choice ;D our Arry for giving Bolton a good seeing too, hopefully.

Well done to City! This will help us no end come the final day. I have to say Gareth Barry played brilliantly for them last night......if only!

I've rooted for Chelsea, Spurs and Man City in one weekend.
I feel quite ashamed but... I'll get over myself.

Agree, it just shows how this season the club has driven us fans to almost desperation! It's no good for the stress levels!

Same here.  I feel kind of dirty about it but it had to be done.

I shall br watching the ruddy scoreboard like a hawk on Sunday looking for other teams results.

Just think how awful we'll feel after rooting for Stoke next weekend then! That's what McLeech has reduced us to. Bastard!

Oh bollocks. Does that mean I have to want those stripy pricks to beat Bolton?

I wonder if Mr. Woodhall will be saying a quiet prayer for the Tesco Bags on Sunday.

Nope, was referring to Stoke beating QPR, I don't care about Bolton or Wigan!

Tend to agree with this.
QPR are our biggest concern.
To think, we are actually reduced to watching for QPR's results. Christ !

Aren't Stoke hopeless away from home? Despite City's win yesterday giving them something to play for on the last day whatever happens, I still have a dread of going into he last match equal on points. I will age ten years.

All of the predictions about remaining fixtures seem to be assuming we won't get anything against Spurs. I don't see why we can't get a decent result on Sunday.
