Why on earth would we choose someone who only nine months ago quit saying he didn't have "the necessary energy to be successful and to develop the team and the club"?

This Rangnick's starting to seem like a great candidate, he's never had a win percentage less then 42%.

He's also nicknamed the 'Football Professor' which sounds promising.

Must admit to not knowing a lot about him but it seems a lot of those wins are in the lower leagues.

Could say the exact same thing about Lambert.

Who i'm not keen on.

But he also hasn't been sacked a few times for poor results in the top flight either. Unlike Rangnick. He's also 10 years younger which leaves room for improvement, is Rangnick at 53 suddenly going to improve?

He'll do- sign him up randy, the prospect of grayson doesnt bear thinking about.

I think the only vibrant manager is Fat Sam. And that's thanks to his employers products.

Thanks for the imagery on that comment - doesn't bear thinking about!

If the Baggies get Ralf Rangnick and we don't get a really top quality manager in I'm going to be pissed off.

WBA have a better ownership than Villa so stand a much better chance I'm afraid.

I think I may have come across in the wrong way here, I still hold Lambert as my personal number one choice, but I'm just saying I have nothing wrong with Rangnick.

I wish I could disagree, but I can't. Their set up is much better currently.

Is Montpellier's manager any good? They won the league with no money so he might be worth a punt.

Maybe we should reset the poll with Rangnick and whoever else added in, with OGS being taken out?

heh. Its been bothering me ever since faulkner started using it so i finally checked the definition to make sure it meant what i thought.

1.Full of energy and enthusiasm. - see not many managers are like that. Can't think of one off the top of my head

2.Quivering; pulsating - now that would be worth seeing. Redknapp sort of twitches
