well AVB is a fireman's ladder up from OGS at least. Be intruiging how he'd deal with the deadwood we can't chop up.

Martinez was early favourite down solely to him having been approached before.  Now OGS is out, they haven't a clue again, so I'm guessing Grayson is favourite due to being seen at the training ground a few weeks ago.

Having multiple candidates on the go is off-putting for all of them. We're not taking on an office boy.

Suppose the only good thing is hes not mcleish- but i agree it would be very underwhelming and hardly inspiring or vibrant.
