I think I'd prefer Poyet over Lambert.

I hope so. Technical, attack minded and young.

well AVB is a fireman's ladder up from OGS at least. Be intruiging how he'd deal with the deadwood we can't chop up.

It's going to be interesting to see which way they go now. Hopefully they're thinking along the same lines as they were with OGS.

Thought that last year when they went after Martinez. On that basis, welcome to VP Mick.

Martinez was early favourite down solely to him having been approached before.  Now OGS is out, they haven't a clue again, so I'm guessing Grayson is favourite due to being seen at the training ground a few weeks ago.

I'd be delighted, but not a chance will we get AVB.

What a dreadful appointment Grayson would be.
It certainly won't be a gay day if it happens and I predict this site would go into meltdown.

He'll probably end up at Forest.

Yes paulie, the multiple candidates thing really ticks me off. Having OGS over then filing him away really left him up shit creek with his employers. He probably would have accepted on Friday or Saturday, he seemed keen enough when answering those questions from the Molde board.

So this process has put off maybe the best candidate, and also maybe the decent other options. What a shit double-whammy.

No evidence yet that the board aren't just as incompetent as last time. More imaginitive, I'll give them that.

Maybe he wasn't their first choice as they were just sounding him out? Like they've sort of said all along? not being funny percy, but its possible that just because people want him on here, doesn't mean he was No.1 on the board's list.

I didn't say he was first choice. You don't understand what I'm moaning about.

Having multiple candidates on the go is off-putting for all of them. We're not taking on an office boy.

Suppose the only good thing is hes not mcleish- but i agree it would be very underwhelming and hardly inspiring or vibrant.
