He's 2-1 because people put money on him and he's without a job. Not a chance, Lerner isn't stupid enough to mess this up again.

Mick McCarthy is this year's Steve McClaren - a stalking horse that everyone gets upset about.

Then Lerner and Faulkner appoint Steve Bruce to show the fans they're calling the shots.

With the greatest of respect that's as ridiculous as your name!

just got talksport on myself. what is it with fatty micky quinn and his hatred towards us?? last season he was the same but i didnt take much notice. Just said that we WERE a bigger club than norwich and took a swipe at us for never giving mcleish a chance. The bloke is a A1 Tosser

I turned it off when he said why want Lambert leave a team on the up to go to a team who will be relegated next season.     W.A.N.K.E.R

Megson is also being touted by Talksport now, so there is plenty of bollocks going on. If it's from England it'll be Martinez, Lambert or Rodgers. I maintain the board have been correctly stung with the experience of this year, they won't be making another terrible appointment.

I think I'll have to start putting a smiley face and LOL at the end of every post.  Is there a sarcasm emoticon?

Once bitten twice shy, you’d think that they would have learned their lesson after last season but just because the board have got rid of The Scottish Manager quickly it doesn’t excuse the fuck up in the first place. I’ll reserve my judgement on the board until after this appointment I think.

Talksport 's ONLY aim is to get listeners riled enough to call them on the phone.  That's it.  One big wind-up.  There is zero chance of the Villa appointing Gary Megson or Mick McCarthy.  Zero.
