The villa phoned me again for the 4th time last night, to see if im going to renew next season. Im actually getting a bit worried now...It feels like the ticket office are stalking me. Its only early May!
Bear in mind that the Ticket Office staff are only doing their job. They have to try to sell tickets and must dread the replies they get off the morons who have a problem with it.
Agreed, but any cold call who ever it's from runs the risk. More risk when the person receiving it is totally pissed off with the way the season has gone. If ST holders can aim abuse at AM on match days then it's highly likely that telephone sales people will cop for a bit too. It's not right but it will happen. But as I stated it will be water off a ducks back after 6 weeks of it.
Agree with that, Fletch. From my own experience with the ticket office, all I can say is the service has been first class.
