I don't think it's limited to WM to be honest. I think the Birmingham Mail and BRMB are both painfully anti-Villa.

Wasn't there an interview with Franks in H&V sometime in the past? Mihjt have been one of the Talking Bout You ones. I'm sure he hinted at being a Villa fan. I'm not imagining that interview am I?

There was, and although he didn't hint at it, I've been told on good authority by people who knew him at school that he was Villa then.

You're right. Even when we win they have to moan about the crowd, or certain players, or transfers. After the Wolves game you wouldn't have known it was a derby - they only wanted to talk about Wolves.

I listened to the phone in earlier and Paul Franks said this was the most boring Villa team in the most boring Villa season ever. To claim that every game has been boring is just utter shite. We've been involved in some cracking games this season and he knows it.
They seem to be down on everything Villa whilst proclaiming Small Heath as the new Brazil. Every time they mention them they talk of the fantastic football being played down there. Funny that because every time they've been on the box it's been a bore-fest.

When were these cracking games actually played? Are you getting us confused with another team? To quote Franksy it has been shite. I'm taking an objective look on this but cannot agree with you. This has ben a fairly low key almost boring season so far I for one haven't honestly been entertaind so far this season have you? Tell you what If you have any more of those special glasses than turn rubbish into entertainment can I have a pair please.

Looks like someone from WM has signed up to the site.

Not all all but why would you think that the station is biased? Have you been banned from phoning the station or something!

Because they constantly put Villa down. Didn't you bother reading the rest of the thread before you posted or something!

Yes I did read the post otherwise I would not have commented. Radio WM DO NOT just put down the Villa whoever is having a bad time on and off the pitch will have comments made. Lets face we are not exactly having a great season or are you another one of these people who think that everyone else on here is wrong. Is there some kind of forum mafia on here?  Oh no we cannot say anything that goes against what a moderator thinks. Do moderators sign some kind of allegiance against the rest of the fans. It;s as though you cant have an opinion on here and if you do you either get slated or kicked off.

You know what I love most about this site? I love all the time we spend running it, then someone new comes along and the first time anybody disagrees with them they complain that there's some kind of mafia (it's almost always a mafia), anyone who agrees with me or one of the moderators on any subject is ganging up on them and if they say anything different they're going to get banned.

No, it clearly says Moderator above his name. If it is a disguise it is a pretty novel one.

Well who started the RADIO wm argument off? I could not believe that someone was having a pop at the station. Isn't the idea of media to be critical when needed has anyone on here who thinks WM are biased etc actually tried to do the job? I'm interested to hear what other fans think who maybe have a different opinion to the author of the original post. Are WM a good station?  If not why not and maybe some fans may feel that they are decent or maybe fair?

That question was actually aimed at you Zogman. I am more than capable of reading that DaveWoodhall is a moderator yes I did go to school and can do my three r's.

Sarcasm is the lowest form of wit.

So far we're up to five pages of other fans saying what they think. The original poster presumably started this thread because he doesn't like WM's current output and most of us seem to agree with him.

I agree about WM being a good station as they always speak highly of McLeish.
