Why do we ever have hope.

I know, it's the hope that kills you, not the losing.

Right: you always get a chance.  When it comes, let's take it.

We've had them and the players pass rather than shoot, looks like a lack of confidence.

officials have really fucked us over today.
Our defence has fucked us over today. Something they have doing for 2 seasons at least now
True, Bent should stay up near the halfway line...

So what happened to the second half tactics then? Was he expecting Arsenal not to come out at us full pelt? I agree with you to an extent, the players have to take some of the responsibility, but you also have to question the managers tactics.

Tactics have nothing to do with the fact that three of our four defenders can't tackle standing up and have to throw themselves into challenges constantly, giving away stupid goals and penalties. You can excuse a striker for doing it, for Warnock, Hutton and Dunne there is no excuse.

You think so? I don't.

If you mean relegation, nah. If you mean McLeish, I can't see that either. Some of our players must be replaced in the summer though, a big change is needed.

It's not where the manager came from it's what he is, and that is not good enough.  Like most of the team.
