Yep. He can't organise the defense, he can't organise the midfield, he can't use Darren Bent effectively, he certainly can't motivate. I can't think of one thing he's good at at all. A dire manager who will only take us one way, plus we're stuck with him for another couple of seasons as well. The directionless approach the board has taken over the last two years is showing on the pitch. Utterly dreadful.

I have said the players should shoulder their share of responsibility, but can you look at McLeish's record here and claim any sort of confidence in it?

Imagine what our players must feel like. I've said before that some of our players seem to have confidence issues and the manager has seemed unable to motivate our players and give them confidence so god knows what they will feel like now.

I agree to an extent. There's a reason that Dunne is the joint first for most Premier League sendings off and own goals.
