IMHO MON and PL have nothing to do one with the other. MON can be a good players motivator, but as far as tactics are concerned is an old style manager that plays defensive football, whereas PL is a modern manager that loves entertainng, passing, attacking football and that at Carrow Road achieved great successes with second or third division players.
Would much prefer Martinez but would happy be with Lambert.

Why would Lambert give a flying toss about a friendly with regards to his future?
Quote from: Mazrim on May 15, 2012, 10:45:24 AMWhy would Lambert give a flying toss about a friendly with regards to his future?Seeing as he spent 8 years at Celtic and was probably the main if not the only reason that they agreed to play the friendly with Norwich in the first place (mixed with his connections up there) It doesn't seem beyond the realms of possibility that they may be contributing factors to someone wanting to see that through.

I can't see him overseeing a friendly for Norwich being more important than where he goes next with his career, not for a second.
