If we can send Elliott back, cheeky loan request in January?

This, but unironically.

Mine contained 0% irony.

Would he be any likelier to get a game, though?

Sancho usually gets half an hour a game, and going on what each of them have shown for Villa, I reckon Ramsey would be getting the nod if they were both sitting there.

True, he’d be slightly higher in the pecking order.

That must have been soul destroying for him this afternoon.

I'd be delighted to have him back.

There's probably some stupid Uefa rule that wouldn't allow it.

So, it might not quite sit here because most aren’t playing, it definitely doesn’t need a thread of its own but there are quite a few ex Villa players on this festive work of art.

I never thought I'd see the day where CDBF is supporting an offshore tax haven over the home of reggae.

It's easy to explain. Curacao play a 4-3-3 whilst Jamaica play 5-3-2.
Should 'a brought on the dub.

Poor Jacob.

He'd probably have a couple of goals for us this season and be having a wonderful time, instead he's watching from the bench as four other attacking midfielders come on ahead of him as Newcastle shit the bed in their cup final.

He probably would and Buendia a few less, that free kick and winner v Arsenal for example. I loved JJ but the truth is his availability would have impacted Little Emi’s appearances and as good as JJ was/could be Emi Buendia has been absolutely massive for us this season so far.

It might be that his inability to be picked regularly for two ambitious but flawed sides reflects his level.
