I hope so too, for him. And agree about the physicality - I expected him to develop like Jacob.

Maybe it’s a harsh judgement on him, although it’s not a direct criticism. Just seems that with this injury, plus the one that cut short a promising spell at Boro, he seems to have lost his way. Time will tell.

Wasn't there a third Ramsey brother or was I imagining that?

Cole's Corner.

Brad Guzan triumphing over Messi in the MLS playoffs tonight, he had one of those games we saw briefly for a season or so.

Ashley Westwood/Dean Smith.

Charlotte FC go out of MLS Playoffs, losing on penalties after conceding a dodgy 90+12 mins penalty.

Was watching SSN in the middle of the night without the sound on. If his second was the one I think it was through my blurry eyes with no commentary, it was a fantastic goal.

Bertie T scored for Ajax today. I think he scored last week as well.

EDIT: found Finn’s second goal on twitter.

Not sure it's been mentioned, but Ben Chrisene made his England U21 debut this week. Well done to him, must be doing well at Norwich.

Azaz has the most assists in the Championship so far this season, and has created the second most chances of any player.  He's doing really well, pleased for the lad!

What has happened to Iroegbunam at Everton? Transfermkt just has him as "not in the squad".

Out with a broken bone in his foot. You can take the boy out of Aston...

Evertonians say he hasn't sniffed the squad since their injury situation improved, and in any case has been injured himself.

Also pleased for Finn Azaz - he's been an asset for every team he's been loaned to and was a credit to the club in the time he was with us, I thought.

Isn't it funny how the swings and roundabouts (or is it FOMO?) works?

For months the we've been gorging on Morgan-glory - but as that has dried up, the guy we flogged to his selling club for a pittance suddenly looks a decent bet..  😂
