It's Gallacher.

At least that is the way that it was always written on the back of the programme.

I wrote his name down on a Subbuteo teamsheet so often that I don't think I'll ever forget it.

1,2 an 4 look excellent.

3 looks like something off a sectarian mural.

northern Soul Fist, around way before the loyalists

Northern Soul pre-dates the Battle of the Boyne?? :)

So that's what Stonehenge was for! All-nighters.

Indeed. The Uffington White Horse on the hillside in Oxfordshire which dates back over 3000 years, was not carved out of chalk but speed left over from a northern night in the nearby village of Faringdon.

Well done guys! Had to sit Upper today, back with you for Wigan!

We don't have many silences/applause for those who have passed away. The club seems to add them all up at the end of the season and have a run-through on the screen. Not a good idea, to my mind, but that's what they do.

I agree. There should have been some sort of tribute to him today. Was it mentioned in the News and Record?

It's a shame on the Villa that they don't recognise the passing of an ex Viila player.
It doesn't matter that they weren't a player that we all sang songs for. The mere fact that they played for the Villa is enough for me.
Come on AVFC how much out of your corporate lives would a minutes silence or applause have taken.
We are a club that remembers it's players. It was a sad moment today when the club couldn't be bothered to mourn the passing of an ex player.

As ever, a) the family might not have wanted it and b) ex-players die regularly and if we had a silence for them all we'd have one almost every week.

So we'd be Liverpool then.
