It's being tweeted by Dan Roan on the BBC sports feed. No mention of altered KO times. We must be mindful that things could still change but keep your fingers crossed.

Travelling by train S Wales to Paddington and just when you thought it couldn't becomne more difficult the district and circle lines are closed between there and earls court !
Arrive in Paddington at 11.33 so any earlier kick off than 1, i dont think we will  make it..gutted
Use the Metropolitan Line or get a Bus.
The No27 Bus from Paddington(Pread St) to Hammersmith Bus Station (25mins)and change to 190, 211, 295, 220 going down Fulham Palace Road..or walk from Hammersmith; about a mile.

Metropolitan line goes all way from Paddington to Hammersmith and then catch bus, walk, or get a Taxi.

Good luck.

Cheers Brian, looking at map i think you mean Hammersmith line goes all the way ?
Anyway, thats closed also.
Only way i can see is Bakerloo to Embankment then change to District line staright through to Putney bridge, about 45 mins trip. Hope Oxford circus next stop to Tottenahm court road will be ok on return leg ?
Cheers

OK name change to line but I cannot see anything saying it is closed. Circle and District, yes, they are affected. H&C Farringdon is closed but that is well east of Padd..
27 Bus to Hammersmith; or Central Line from Oxford Circus to Shepherds Bush and then 220 or 295 down Shepherds Bush Road/Hammersmith and past ground.
You'll get there. Anyway there is no indication of change of KO time, as yet.

Looking forward to it now. Villa for the title, Beye for PFA Player of the Year, and it is definitely, positively, 100% certainly Our Year For The Cup.

Come on you useless bast Villa boys!

The Bricklayers Arms on other side of Putney Bridge, in Waterman St (200yds along Lower Richmond Road, going West on Sth side) is worth effort. Permanent Real Ale Festival.
Otherwise The Crabtree in Rainvile Road is closest to ground.
Pubs in Hammersmith are generally nondescript although many sell a good pint of Fullers, London Pride, the local Brewery.
