Yes, absolutely, he should carry on and post what he likes.

Don't you post what you like?

Yes, I do. And so should he.

And when i post rubbish, I expect people to tell me I'm posting rubbish.

Well they said Gabby and Grealish had greater accomplishments than Warnock at Villa. While Gabby blotted his copybook in the end and everyone/many have got the arsehole with Grealish, I'd say Warnock's achievements were the lesser of the three, although this is all subjective.

Yet your response was to describe it as anally expelled obvious nonsense.

By all accounts they are fully deserving but yes I must not get so bother about things here and there.
Something I look forward to improving next season

You really should give Villatalk a go, they positively frown on topics going off the subject over there, and profanity isn't allowed either. You'd love it.

Though I'm not sure what Villatalk entails I'd prefer to stay here. However, if the main service user board is less explicit and more tolerant, then I could give it a look. I don't know though as I wouldn't be standing up for myself if I left just because I were made to feel uncomfortable. I would prefer to take a break, since I'm already on summer vacation once the season ends.  People are nice here generally and even though the language can be a little colourful at times, I still enjoy reading and trying to understand different takes on football .  It's good to expand views because I get the idea that most people have extremely diverse attitudes to mine. I appreciate your recommendation if you're being genuine as it's confusing now because sometimes you say not so nice things but I probably a bit exhausting and I never mean to annoy people in any way.

Yes, well read, but the post wasn't about that, it was about why one is discussed more than the others.

H&V is the Aston Villa of Villa forums.

VillaTalk is the Birmingham City of Villa forums, only wrong 'uns have ever posted there.

So stay here FV. We love you.

True dat.
Haven't been there foe many a long year, but "posting for effect" was ubiquitous.

It's so fucking endless, and it's clearly posted to create exactly the sort of reaction that, ultimately, he (they) end up getting. It's just so obvious.

Either:

1. It's a bot, a collective of people on a wind up, a trolling exercise, something like that, in which case, well, what are you supposed to do? How are you supposed to react to obvious trolling?

2. It isn't the above, it's a genuine poster, in which case, why not treat him (or they) exactly like you would any other poster? If - randomly selected poster - Bad English, someone who has put in the years here, a recognised regular, started posting what FV does, he'd get *exactly* the same response.

So, basically, either it's a wind up, in which case, it reaps what it sews, or it's genuinely a regular poster who believes this stuff, in which case, they can expect to be treated like any other rational poster who posted endless utter rubbish clearly designed to wind people up.

And it's far from just this thread. See, as an example, recent utter rubbish about Morgan Rogers.

I think there is probably another explanation, though I'm not sure how appropriate it is to mention; but I have encountered posters with similar styles before, and there's usually a reason for it.

FWIW , I don't think he's a deliberate troll, he's just a different personality type to most of the other people who post on here.

Yes I donated in good faith as contribution to site!
And if it's ok can we not speculate things on my private situation.

Anyway I can't be alone in getting confused seeing Stephen Warnock at the top of the main user board and that was why I asked my question.

Can we go on topic again because its my worst thing reading non topic when the aim of any thread is to get to discuss subject.

Up The Villa!!

Lots of people have been donating to the site every year for many, many years. It doesn't confer any special rights though.

It is quite right not to speak about your private situation if you do not wish to.

If you get confused you are right to ask a question.

You can ask people to go on topic BUT one of the great thing about this place is the discussions that are had when people wander off-topic. People don't like being told what to post and when you try to make people speak robotically about the subject in question it can create irritation. I mean how much can one say about Warnock here? And then everything seems to revolve and you and your needs, rather than everybody else's.
