Poll: Who should be Aston Villa Assistant Manager?
« on: June 18, 2011, 09:31:42 AM »
We're keeping the party going - if like me you're suffering from withdrawal symptons now the race to the Villa dugout is over, this is the next best thing - the New Assistant Manager Poll!

IMO has to be a Villa man (Gary Mac excepted) to mellow some of the anti brigade.

I've ignored his usual henchman Peter Grant and Roy Aitken as this would just fuel the fire.

Dubs for me - his enthusiasm and motivational skills are just what we need in there.

Roy Aitken would certainly light a few fires after his association at VP with DOL.

Agree completely and this will be why most people vote for 'other' option.

Agreed.

Unless we can get Messi as player-assistant manager.

Maybe someone with more attacking sensibilities to balance Mcleish's defensive mindset?
