The infamous Cuntgate night.

Before my time, but I like the sound of it.....

This is the winner by a country mile. It was like experiencing an opera played out across H&V. Never has a four letter word led to so much reaction by so many for so long.

Scary to think that was over 8 years ago.

John Blackwell's list of managers who were better than Martin O'Neill.  John Blackwell claiming that Oyvind Leonhardsen was one of the world's best midfielders.

That was very funny, then someone (Mark Fletcher?) did another list that I can honestly say had me in tears.

The badge design furore was the most pointless and boring postathon on here but the Canestan Kid's love life was off the wall and very amusing but my favourite was the fish puns the way people kept carping on about it.

There really does need to be an epic threads from history section here somewhere.  Just a thought.

Loved that Jessica Rabbit/Matt Barton one.

Oh and "Owls Vs Gibbons", my personal favourite.
That should have been amended to Owls V Gibbons V Hamsters... FACT

The hamsters never stood a chance.  FACT.
I beg to differ...

Strange.  I followed that thread quite closely and even changed my signature to support the owls, but I can't remember hamsters coming into it.

A flagrant attempt to reopen a classic.  Sorry.

The 'comic relief donation thread'......the name of the particular individual escapes me but I think it was Salifou who kept winding him up! I had the link saved on my old computer at work but lost it when I changed jobs.....I used to just read it during quiet times when I needed a livener.....absolutely hysterical! In fact.....the reason I eventually signed in to H&V after a fair few months of being merely a voyeur!

Yeah I'd call that one of my finest moments.

An alleged incident involving a gentleman of a foreign persuasion driving a vehicle backwards.
