Genuinely bothers me that VILLA fans have damaged VILLA property. It's ridiculous.

Agreed.

If McLeish is our manager can we atleast tell him to get a tan? I don't want to be blinded at Villa Park by his overly pale skin.

I know its slightly off topic but i just wanted to throw this out there.

As a loyal villa fan my season ticket was renewed yesterday and i will be there come the start of the season to support the team i have supported all my life. I will not stop going to Villa Park beacause of some prick. I will not let him ruin my season. I will get behind the boys as normal and hope for the best whether it includes McShit or not.

And i beg you all to do the same. Every club is bigger than the manager. Especially ours. We'll be here longer than him so dont let him spoil your fun.

Get behind the boys in claret and blue.

Thank You.

From the Birmingham Post

Do they use special bricks to give it that blurred effect? I think I may use that technique on my extension.

From the Birmingham Post

I've read it again and I've realised that this isn't a protest, its a celebration.

Summers: it's probably noses shit stirring. Can't see that would be the work of a villa fan or fans. It's barely legible for a start.

I very much think it was Villa fans, we have many idiots in our ranks. It's officially time for me to say; I feel sorry for McLeish if he takes this job. He's in for hell.

I am sh*t at predicting whether a manager will or will not be a success and only time will tell if the appointment of 'Oh Eck' will bring us what we all long for, ie a FA cup and playing attractive attacking football etc, therefore although he's certainly not my first choice of manager i will, if indeed he is given the job give him a bit of time...

That said I can fully undertand the fury of 88% of H&V poll, and 14000+ Facebookers (infact im one of them) but I wonder, does the board remember when COKE chaged their formula, and ignored the public who protested and were told, that the new taste was the way forward...Only to have an embarrassing climb down some weeks later, and had to bring back the brand as Classic Coke ! ?

Now im not suggesting the board appoint or make decisions based on fb groups or H&V pollls but surely a message loud enough has been sent ....Has it been heard in B6 ?  Only time will tell...

Let's hope the interview goes something like this.....

RL. Can you change the style of football you like your teams to play?
AM. Ermm, I'm not sure.
RL. Thank you, please close the door as you leave.

This is just it for me, i don't think he's a prick, i actually quite like the bloke, just because of who he was manager of brings out the small mindedness in some people. I just don't think he's good enough to be our manager.

What really gets me about all this is the 'Premier League experience' bollocks. I don't know who keeps telling them that this is so important, but if it leads to them approaching McLeish instead of a continental manager then it's such a cataclysmic error.
