I use Clearbooks every day, a similar program to Quickbooks. I had to attend Accountex exhibition a few weeks ago and the West Brom mascot was doing keepy-uppies at the Quickbooks stand.

I fell asleep at one of the afternoon ones about how retaining customers and upselling to them is more efficient than getting new ones. I was in the second row dozing but thankfully I wasn't the only one as the speaker mentioned something at the end about how most of us had missed his sage (geddit?) advice due to nodding-off.
