Anything but a betting company or loan ripoff company. Something ethical.

I have only heard rumours of an American Soft Drink....no idea if anything is in it.
Did a few minutes of googling last night and found links to what I thought could be an American soft drink in "Fruity King"...turns out they are yet another gambling (mobile casino) company.

Thats Scottish, its supposed to be American. Maybe Monster Energy? quite like their logo, despite hating energy drinks.
The Monster Yamaha bikes look the best in MotoGP with the black/green colour scheme.

I was in the club shop in town today, the lad said he'd heard nothing and there was another year left with Macron, I know that he wouldn't say but he seemed certain

Is there a reason that a guy working behind the till in the club shop would know any more than anybody else about who is designing the kit or sponsoring the club?

Probably because you don't know that he was just a till worker, plus they will be given plenty of info on new products well in advance as that's how retail works.

That rumour is at least 3 years old.

I'm just guessing that somebody that he referred to as 'the lad' probably wasn't a high ranking member of the marketing team.

And yes, maybe he was talking to somebody high up, but if (as his post suggested) he was just chatting to one of the floor or till staff then there's no reason that they would need potentially weeks in advance who is making the products that they are putting on the shelves or ringing through the checkout.

You don't need to be a high ranking member of a marketing team. The store manager will more often than not show/mention it to you. Especially as the Villa shirts will be by far our biggest sellers every year. It's basic retail. And it could be an assistant manager as another example. They'll know what's due in and when.

I pop in the shop in town a lot so have got to know most of the staff pretty well and over the years most of them have dropped a bit of (minor) info on stuff and it's always been bang on.

He was a supervisor, Not saying your wrong, he seemed pretty clued up. I just called him a lad because he was younger than me and he didnt have a name badge that I saw ;)
