Its worth £8 million per season apparently.

A little bird tells me it could be incentivised, that is to say, if we do wel, maybe win a cup or something, we get more.
But the little bird is not 100% on that.

It is a good deal though. Lets hope it goes towards some way to rebuilding the squad.
Or making the public address system in the Holte end sound less like an 8 bit computer game.

I'd imagine most of these deals have clauses in them. I'm sure if we won the FA Cup for example, given the global exposure of that game and the credibility that would come with it, there would be a bonus for the club. Genting would all of a sudden be associated with a trophy something then can spin to their benefit.

Genting sounds like something that goes on in a gay bar it worse than the cows one we had a few years ago think I'm going to get my shirt from jjb cheaper and with out the sponsor on !

Is that because you pronounce it 'yenting'? It's a hard g followed by an o-umlaut. So something like Gön-ting or Gœn-ting. In Bahasa Melayu it means the top of the hill; Genting Highlands is where Lim Goh Tong built his first casino. It is also where he is buried.

Genting/Resort World is a well known brand across Asia.

£8m a season?!! F'kin 'ell...that's got to be comfortably the biggest deal we've ever had. Which suggests it's a fine coup or the sales/marketing dept hasn't been doing their job properly up to now (the Acorns years not withstanding).

What were we getting previously with FX Pro and the recent others?
What ate the likes of spurs and everton getting?

Anyone know, so I can put it in context?

From memory Spurs signed two deals last summer, one was worth £20m for the PL shirt sponsorship and the other was for the shirts in their cup games, cant mind how much. From looking at the thread about new shirts, it appears that they seem to have ditched the sponsor after only a year though.

I'd imagine Everton will have a similar pull to us in terms of the amount firms will pay for sponsoring them.

I might have missed something here but who will be our kit sponsor next year now that Dafabet are going to Sunderland?

I hope there is, otherwise they are ripping off their customers if they are just selling them water but describing it as something else.

I think Dignitas would be appropriate at the moment.

Sounds like it could be Coke Zero.

"Seven-up" would be scarily appropriate for when we play Chelsea, Arsenal, ManUre etc. next season!

Anything but a betting company or loan ripoff company. Something ethical.
