I really like it, and the sponsor dose'nt look cheap and tacky like they have in the past. A well done to the club.
All shirts purchased from Villa stores at Villa Park and New Street in Birmingham, or online at Villa Direct, will include the logo of the club's new main sponsor Genting.Shirts from external outlets such as JJB Sports and Sports Direct may not bear the Genting logo due to the sponsorship deal being finalised later than anticipated.
Quote from: ozzjim on June 23, 2011, 05:38:20 PMI love the new one, and actually like the sponsor on the front, it looks quite a classy logo. It is a clever strategy to go for a Malaysian/ Asian partnership. I know it is not a reason to sign a player, but I am staggered more clubs are not trying to sign emerging talent from Asia as the commercial rights would make the club a mint. Not really to do with Genting or Malaysia as such, but I still find it remarkable that in a country as culturally diverse as Britain, hardly any clubs seem to have bought through any youth talent of Indian/Pakistani/Bangladeshi heritage.
