Ruskin hall just off the expressway always used to good

Still is. Its where I go when i get back home.

Same for me, although I'm going to the Bartons this Sunday. The chippy round the corner from the Ruskin has been closed for ages now, I thought it was a temporary thing :(

You bloody fool. That's a mosque. Don't tell me you asked for a saveloy as well.

The Sportsman looks a great place to go after a game, see you all there.

I'd check the OC's in open on Sunday. You could try the Jekyll and Hyde too, it's on Steelhouse Lane.

The Queens Head used to be ok on Steelhouse Lane, next to the cop shop
or try The Sack of Potatoes - used to be a good student pub

So will go the OC and then the bartons followed by either A.) Aston Social or B.) The Adventurers for a sing song pre game.

Any suggestions whether to go A or B?

I sell the fanzine before the game, so can't comment on that. The Social is better than the Ads after games nowadays, so could well be before as well. King Edward's selling point is fit barmaids, so that's something to consider. Good atmosphere after we win as well.

Hasn't been called the Queen's Head for a couple of years, now the Jekyl and Hyde.

It was a right shithole when it was the Queens Head.

One of the Gaffer's got caught for watering down the beer and spirits

Since it's been the Jekyll and Hyde, it's had good and bad nights in there.

Right. I'm going to get to the oc at 1. Then the bartons about2. Then either the social or king Edwards or adventures about 3. I'm wearing the 57 fa cup shirt, grey shorts and glasses.  20p waiting for the first Person to say hello Ian ;)
