Thats the issue for me as the umpires were responsible for the game and its up to them to decide if the conditions are unfair/poor yet as you say they must have thought it was ok as the did not report it to Lords

God knows why they thought that; poor judgement I suppose.  I guess that's why we have official pitch inspectors.

See the Bears put in another woeful performance in a one day game. Thank god that was the last one day game for this season. I know there was nothing riding on the match,but you could say the same about Northants.Big rethink needed for next season.

As somebody who really doesn't like 2020 I can see it's only a matter of time before finals day will involve every county playing knock out 'cricket' involving 1 over each.

Things going reasonably well today.

The Bears struggled early on but the Yorkies are 213 - 5. Lancs were all out for 161 at New Road but the Pears are 112 - 5. Somerset were all out for 204, however I think that it's between the Bears and Lancs.

Some middle order resistance would be nice please Worcestershire!
