Behind the shop assistant on the till is a pair of shoes which you have seen and which you must have. The female shopper in front of you has seen them also and is eyeing them with desire. Both of you have forgotten your purses. It would be totally rude to push in front of the first woman if you had no money to pay for the shoes. The shop assistant remains at the till waiting.Your friend is trying on another pair of shoes at the back of the shop and sees your dilemma. She prepares to throw her purse to you. If she does so, you can catch the purse, then walk round the other shopper and buy the shoes. At a pinch she could throw the purse ahead of the other shopper and, *whilst it is in flight* you could nip around the other shopper, catch the purse and buy the shoes. Always remembering that until the purse had *actually been thrown* it would be plain wrong to push in front of the other shopper.Well thats one way of describing it.However, can you now explain the 3 occasions you can be penalised for being in an offside position. As just being in an offside postion is not an offence apart 3 occasions. Now that is something those prize prats will not be able to answer!!1. If there is a sale on, 2. They are the last pair in your size, 3. you want a matching handbag. -;)1. If you are interfering with play2. If you are interfering with an opposing player (Oh ah!)3. You are seeking to gain an advantage by being in the offside position.

I found what they said to be offensive, hopefully the pair of them will suffer the same fate as BFR did. Somehow I doubt it though. They need to learn it's not 1975 anymore, there should be more women involved in football. Especially if they have a nice rack.
The comments are sooooooooooo tame compared to what I have received when refereeing on games here. However, it needs to be looked at publically as not acceptable as it isn't good to be seen to condone those sort of comments. Equality still has a long way to go, but that's life, suck it princesses isn't that the case? That's what I am told anyway........As a female I am really proud to see her on there and the best answer she had was to make that right call that she did.......a lot of females are not fit enough or competent enough to get onto the EPL, so just goes to show how good she is. :-)Makes me wonder whether or not I could have made it to the dizzy heights if I had stuck around in England and kept on refereeing alongside Amy Raynor.
I am struggling to see the screen with everyones high horses tethered to this thread. I am also willing to bet those posting on here outraged and offended by these comments are the same people f'ing and c'ing at the ref every saturday.

Yes, please do.I'm a woman and I've been watching football for hundreds of years. I know the offside rule as well as, if not better, than the next man. At games I often call offside, or not as the case may be, and men around are arguing the other way. 99 times out of 100 I'm right.
