North Walsall Supporters Club
« on: January 20, 2011, 10:16:38 PM »
Would anyone who lives in the "North Walsall" area (Pelsall, Bloxwich, Shelfield, Aldridge, Brownhills, Rushall etc) be interested in meeting up regularly to talk Villa "face to face" including sharing travel plans etc for home and away games?

I am currently in the process of setting up an official Lions club and was wondering if it would be worth going down the route of arranging for a host pub to facilitate meetings on a monthly basis and thought this may be an ideal place to get a feel for the size of interest in this geographical area.

PM me if you would be interested.

Mods: if this is not appropriate for this forum, please feel free to move somewhere more suitable.

Hello there all,

I run The wharf 10 bar (next to the art gallery/canal in Walsall town centre) and have basically turned it into Walsall's official Villa hang out pub.  We have Scandavian Satellite and show all of the 3pm games aswell as the ones Sky/ESPN show...including cup games.

Great beer prices and range, and food served all day (2 meals for £5.50)!!

Sorry to keep the promos going but I'm a massive Villa fan and if you are in Walsall pop in and ask for Luke.

It's really not that bad. Granted it's got a few of your small town local chavs/drunks etc, but as a venue we keep that lot out. Last plug I swear.

It really is that bad. Not your establishment, just Walsall in general.

Walsall really is a shit hole. I blame the quality of the kids that the teachers are churning out... Is'nt that right Legion? ;-)

The Clayhanger divison is interested.  I don't get to many home games due to work & family issues, but I'm working on changing that...
