I seem to remember as a kid, after the horror at St Andrews on boxing day, wildly celebrating Gary Shaw's late winner in the Easter Monday return match at Villa Park.

Brian Little's Winner in same game
Peter Withe's winner vs WBA 80/ 81 season (great assist from Brendan Batson)
David Platt vs Coventry home 88/89 started off thinking if we lost we'd go down, then a great goal thought we'd get five, ended up drawing 1-1
Andy Townsend vs Arsenal away 93/94

For me it will always be Chris Nicholl at Old Trafford league Cup Final 2nd replay. It meant that all the travelling, many replays and heart-stopping games would be worth while.

Pat Pat Pat Pat, Pat McMahon

1970 Man U Semi. 28,000 in the Holte. Bedlam.

Stood in the middle, ended up behind the goal. God knows who or how many I hugged but don't remember the smelly fat chick.

Funniest celebration was returning to the Wembley Busses and notwithstanding us having lost the LCF to Spuds we felt we had won the moral victory. Someone found a galvanised bucket and we carried it back, held high, hundreds of us singing "I aye addio we won the bucket!".

OK it ain't Rotterdam but shit it was funny.

Fantastic hold up play from Cascarino. Even watching it now 21 years later though i keep expecting him to bury it into the top corner after jinking past those defenders like they werent there.

Plattys goal v Bradford city to effectively clinch promotion

Savo's goal at wembley against leeds. Bit of needle with their scumbag fans before the game outside and I think we were slight underdogs to win that day, so that was a massive celebration

I don't think we were underdogs that day.
