For me, in order, it would have to be:

3rd - Carbone v Leeds in 2000 FA Cup - watched it in my kitchen at uni when everyone was muttering about how Leeds would turn us over, and then Carbone put that ball in from about thirty-five yards. I fell backwards off my seat and lay on our scrubby student kitchen floor screaming my head off.

2nd - the three goals scored in front of the North Stand during 5-1. Don't get me wrong, the whole game was brilliant but by the fourth our section had developed a kind of weird routine: all pile into each other at the bottom of the stairs just behind the hoarding and go mental. The light of reason had long since disappeared and you could have got me to agree to anything at that point, so out of it was I.

1st - Stan v Atletico Madrid. After being seated between two stupid thugs behind us and the Madrid suppot, my sixteen year old self and my oldest Villa mucker were questioning the wisdom of buying late tickets for this one. Then Stan scored, me and my mate looked at one another in disbelief for a full two seconds, let out a big old primal roar and piled into the aforementioned thugs. I lifted one of them clear off the ground and as we stood there bellowing at one another, I remember thinking I was as happy as it was as possible to be. Shame we didn't go through but I got more out of that game than any other (I wasn't at Tranmere).

Strange...I'd have thought Ashley Young's winner away to Everton a couple of seasons ago might have warranted a mention....

Yeah, there's usually a video of it knocking about somewhere on a thread like this...

Dalian's against Tranmere was just mental, a pure releasing of so much pent-up emotion it was unreal.

Other than that, I reckon I go right back to the Liverpool 5-1 in 76, just because it was one of my first ever games and Brian Little was such a massive hero to me that to see him score against the team everyone said were the best around in a game where we absolutely wiped the floor with them was, to an impressionable 11 year old, just amazing.

Dalian's aggregate equaliser against Tranmere.
Collymore against Atletico Madrid.

Both of those.   Any goal at Wembley (94 & 96), Gary Parker and Deano's winner at Anfield.

Hitz against West Brom with almost the last kick of the game to make it 2-1. I went mental in the Trinity Middle.

Unfortunately, I celebrated Dalian Atkinsons wonder goal away to Wimbledon peeing in the toilets at the back of the away terrace.

Never letting that happen again.
Since then, if the games playing and I want to go I just sit there and wet myself.

I went mental when we played Everton in 1991-92 at Villa Park, they were winning 2-0 with ten minutes to go, we got a late goal and then Olney scored the equaliser in the 93rd minute and I was shaking on the way home, all that just for a point!

I remember that game well - bits of it anyway. I had got the train / boat combo from Paris overnight and then a coach up from London to meet a mate in the Crown & Cushion. A couple of pints before the game and I was nodding off in the Trinity, wondering why I had looked forward to the game so much. The 2 late goals were fantastic and I went mental like you, though my memory is that Platty was going yampy at one of his teammates (or manager?) as they came off the pitch and a few months later he had gone, which would mean it was 1990-91 season. I may be wrong though - I was in an out-of-body feeling for most of that day.

Dalian's against Tranmere.

When I regained my composure, I was absolutely nowhere near where I was before the goal and I didn't see my mates again until I got back to the Edward afterwards.

You are right it probably was 90-91, Villa were terrible that day and we robbed them of the 3 points... I didn't realise that about Platt, he was always going to go after italia 90, he was probably tapped up.
