Strange...I'd have thought Ashley Young's winner away to Everton a couple of seasons ago might have warranted a mention....
Dalian's aggregate equaliser against Tranmere.Collymore against Atletico Madrid.
I went mental when we played Everton in 1991-92 at Villa Park, they were winning 2-0 with ten minutes to go, we got a late goal and then Olney scored the equaliser in the 93rd minute and I was shaking on the way home, all that just for a point!

I didn't realise that about Platt, he was always going to go after italia 90, he was probably tapped up.I remember that game well - bits of it anyway. I had got the train / boat combo from Paris overnight and then a coach up from London to meet a mate in the Crown & Cushion. A couple of pints before the game and I was nodding off in the Trinity, wondering why I had looked forward to the game so much. The 2 late goals were fantastic and I went mental like you, though my memory is that Platty was going yampy at one of his teammates (or manager?) as they came off the pitch and a few months later he had gone, which would mean it was 1990-91 season. I may be wrong though - I was in an out-of-body feeling for most of that day.
