Although i like our youngsters i hope tonights team is similar to Chelsea game with more experience....then i hope our experience lives up to the task. We dont  need half a dozen bookings in the first 30 mins of a tense game

The experienced pros provided the platform, but it was still the youngsters who secured the draw in the end (Albrighton to Clark). I'd like a healthy mix, especially seeing as we've got some really bright prospects at Villa.

Tonight will see me indulging in a liberal use of the C word.
It will get even worse when I leave the house and go to the match.

I'll be there too, if only so fat little gentlemen dont tell me to fuck off on the match thread when they get the wrong end of the stick. :)

I didn't realise how many decent players they are probably missing the neet. I am further encouraged.

Cattermole is out, which is a big plus for us

Indeed, we've had enough problems with injuries.

A Cattermole - Hogg double two footed challenge would be an interesting event to witness.

I dont know. Not only is Cattermole completely shit but he'd also give our midfield more room to play as he would be having a bath in the latter first/second half. On one hand its a shame he's not playing but on the other hand, somebody would be hurt. Difficult one.

Who is out for them?  I thought it's just Cattermole and Onuoha.  Bent, Gyan and Wellbeck are all fit apparently.

Turner, Campbell, Cattermole, Onuoha...erm... some others. I thought Gyan was out?
Bear in mind I dont pay much attention to Sunderland or who plays for them usually.

This game is bigger than the Cup Final IMO
A loss would be catastrophic
I believe we will build on the Cheski game and win though
A clean sheet would be a big plus

That's a bloody awful poem!

Disppointing that Cattermole is out, there goes our chance of playing a decent spell of the match against ten men.
