Slightly straying, what was the prognosis on Weimann. What was the injury, and how long is he out for. Must have missed it when originally discussed.

Its quite possible Carew has played his last game for the club. I can't see him convincing Houllier to give him a new contract (even if he wants one). We might as well get what we can in January.

Its quite possible Carew has played his last game for the club.

I've read that line a few times in the past 3 or 4 years. What about playing Big James Collins up front and bring Cueller back in as centre half.
