How am I qualified, I don't have coaching badges... You know they involve the line " I will play useless donkey until we are mediocre!" ?

So we're stuck with husky...... Sigh
Why don't you apply? You seem fully qualified.

Houllier's a good manager. Isn't he known for his narrow tactics though?
His reputation for spending a fortune buying shit is second to none.

Second to MON's?

Second to MON's?

MON signed Harewood, Beye and Shorey. But he also bought Dunne, Milner, Young, Friedel and Collins.

The only good Houllier signings I can think of, is Hyypiä, Hamann and McAllister, while there is an almost endless list of shite signings (Cheyrou, Diouf, Diao, Ziege ...).

I'd say Houllier's record is worse than MON's.

Why has nobody mentioned Niel Warnock?? what are the odds for him? he has managed in the premiership, he is used to working with little money and also would be worth it for entertainment value in post match interviews

Not sure how to feel about this.

Good points rules out Bradley

Bad points could still be Curbishley, Southgate or Sven although I think we'd have to be pretty stupid to give it to Southgate

I can cope as long as it's not Allardyce or Curbishley

I'm with you on that.

I would be unhappy with Houllier.  Liverpool's best spell under him came after he had his heart attack and Big Nose Thompson was running the team.  Spent more money on more shite than anybody else.  Including £11M on Heskey.

The only reason he's in the frame is he's made it known he's interested.  He's not managed for 3 years.  Not a chance imho

Listen to the man that knows everything............

From this, I'd say Houllier is the most likely choice.

From the "clues" in Faulkner's statement I immediately thought that Houllier was the most likely candidate. However, based on the following newspaper reports I changed my mind and guessed that it would be either Kevin MacDonald or Tony Pulis!

Ho hum.
