I don't think the club find it hard to get staff. Don't they go through a job agency?

Anyway, it's the quality of the staff that's annoying. Waiting for your change while the staff member puts in £2.50 + £2.50, then £10 - £5 into the calculator.

That's one reason why I'm trying to get cash cards ( no pin number required) into VP.

You just load them up with ( say £15) before a game and swipe them against the machine at point of sale - no cash in pockets to lose / no waiting around for change, faster moving queues - job done.

The lower Doug Ellis now has a nice new Espresso outlet, serving all kinds of proper coffee as well as a variety of teas, including chai and peppermint.

I think it's great we're getting more choice, and shall me indulging in a matchday mocha from now on  :)
