It was a bad miss, from roughly were he slotted home his debut goal vs. man city, he should have scored.

Albrighton doesn't look interested.

I was at the U21 game today, Albrighton didn't have the best of games. Fonz looked decent enough. The Norwegian number 7 was really good.

I don't know why, but I have a feeling that Albrighton's going to really hit the wall next season in terms of his development. Which isn't to say he won't get over that hurdle, but I don't think he should be in our first choice 11 from the outset. Hope I'm wrong!

Not sue if this has been posted previously as were now at the final stage of the competition but this is from the Copa Libertadores final group game between Argentinos Juniors and Fluminense. Argentinos have just failed to advance and are not happy. I've read about this game and the bad blood at the end. Bearing in mind this is the equivalent of a champions league game it's quite amazing.

Oops!

I've seen similar incidents a few times, you would think they'd learn!

Just watched the under 21s get the run around, Henderson looked very ordinary, Walker was excellent

I would say Smalling and Walker looked the best of a very ordinary bunch, rather than 'excellent'. Henderson looked to be worth about £1.60 rather than £16m and just like the senior team, these international games just put into context for me how over-hyped, over priced and over paid most of our players are. Much vaunted talents such as Sturridge just look completely out of their depth...

It was typical England performance 4-4-2 players like cleverly and henderson just up and downers no flair, wellbek and sturidge just fanying about no movement, the 2 centre halves looked good

Didn't want to start a new thread, so I guess this counts as "another game".

Vancouver Whitecaps versus Seattle Sounders - pick that one out!

Cracking 2nd half to the game last night involving Iceland and Denmark. End to end stuff, particularly the last 15 mins. Iceland had to win by three clear goals to stand a chance of going through, they won 3-1. Both teams created more chances in 45 mins than England have in two games.

Hopefully England will prevail tonight.
