I'm chuffed that Dzeko scored his first league goal for Citeh. A reminder of yet another signing-miles-better-than-Darren-Bent who turns out to be a bit shit compared to Darren Bent.

I hope we can get a panic buy centre-half, goalkeeper, midfielder and a couple of desperate gamble full-backs to go with Bent next transfer window.

Dzeko will be class next season, but our Darren will be better value.

If Zigic can score goals then his more expensive double can as well. Where is Zigic anyway? Haven't seen him mentioned since the cup final. Did Wembley decide they wanted an inert tower back as a symbol and kept him?

The kid Phil Jones for Blackburn looks a good prospect
He is class. Started the season brilli9antly before suffering a serious injury and has only recently returned. He is Blackburns best player by a mile and the only one of their players I would take off their hands. He was linked with all the big clubs earlier in the season though. I reckon he would cost 15mil+ if we wanted to sign him.

expect Manure to sign him then...

Re Terry's finances from Feb 2010 -

Questions were raised last night about the state of John Terry’s finances after it was revealed that the mortgage on his Surrey mansion is now almost twice the value of the property when he bought it.
Land registry documents show that the Chelsea star – sacked as captain of England on Friday – purchased the house in Oxshott for £2.25million in July 2003.

But in January last year he took out a mortgage with Queen’s banker Coutts to the value of £3.95million.
Financial experts believe the move is unusual, particularly for a man earning £170,000 a week.

Denying any suggestion of money problems, however, his agent insisted last night that the footballer was simply taking advantage of a generous rate of interest to fund other property deals.

At the same time Terry continues to be beset by rumours about gambling problems, although sources close to the defender say he ‘doesn’t bet on the scale he did in the past’.

However, he still has an account with a
bookmaker specialising in wealthy private clients which friends insist he pays off in full every month.

It is understood, meanwhile, that married father-of-two Terry paid French model Vanessa Perroncel £750,000 to buy her silence.

Due to a lot of staff taking annual leave this week, they were needed to help out in the ticket office.

Interesting interlude WikiVilla! or is there a reason for resurrecting this one?
