For all Wenger's pretty football and discovery of unknown talent, they haven't won anything in six years and that's unacceptable to a team like Arsenal.

His reluctance to spend in the transfer market at key moments always seems to stuff him.

Not buying a decent centre half was a huge mistake.

it wouldn't surpise me in the least now that they'll end the season empty handed again. This was their one very winnable tournament. Barcelona will do them now at the Nou Camp, Man U won't fuck up the league (waits patiently for the first mind grenade thrown by Sir Alex at Wenger), and Man U will knock them out of the FA Cup (if they beat Leyton Orient).

As for whether we could have beaten them, I think we could have. Under MON we allowed teams to play and hit them on the counter. Under GH we'd have gone right at them. Letting Man U play with the ball is suicide which it proved to be. It's been proved time and again that if you get stuck into Arsenal they'll be affected and Blues did that today and got a very good win. Had they been playing Man U, it wouldn't have been enough.

Going out for a pint tomorrow night with a Blues supporting mate, didn't occur to me when we arranged it that I would be having to deal with this. Will have to get my tactics right in advance.

I'm happy to admit they deserved it, but not happy that they won it, I don't care if does break any big team monopoly.

The rubbing of our noses in it after the Enckleman game and their subsequent treating of that night like they'd won the European cup, made me detest them even more.

Although, it could all be down to Thatcher.

We do all our best work when the Conservatives or the Liberals are in power.

Expect Houllier to deliver The Cup in May.

How fuckin annoying will it be if they win at the Nou Camp now.

Arsenal are a joke. Shambles. Embarrassment. Disgrace.

I think when I wake up tommorow, spend about 30 minutes on the elliptical trainer and deadlift about 300lbs I'm going to feel a bit better. It still feels like a dream that those neanderthals have won something, won't be too bothered by their fans.

Hopefully we can pull off the shock on Wednesday too.

Heard Citeh drew with Fulham at home. Not a good result for the,

No wonder you keep landing all those 8/10's there Pinocchio. The needle on my Chin-O-Meter just broke.

Did he go to the game?  If he didn't - problem solved.  If he did - pretend you forgot it was on and ask him who won

Be magnanimous, he won't know how to react. Tell him you're chuffed for him as you know how much our trophy wins have meant to you, so can only imagine that it must be magnified for him.
You get a dig in that way as well!

No, he used to go all over following them but hasn't been foi years. He's a good bloke, I've known him for 30 years, so he'll be fine, I just need to make sure I don't seem too bothered.

Oh I will, and the rugby, the situation in Libya, the barmaid's tits, the price of the beer...
